市局查封劣质化肥8吨

为了配合“3·15”国际消费者权益日，保障农民春耕生产顺利进行。3月14日上午，株洲市局组织执法人员在城乡结合部集中开展了“查农资、保春耕”拉网式专项行动，在石峰区云田乡马鞍山查处了一家名为国安的农资经营部销售劣质复合肥案件，当场查封劣质化肥8吨。该农资经营部销售的“钙镁磷”复合肥包装上标明有效磷含量大于或等于12%，经市局执法人员现场随机抽样检定实际含量只有6.5%，低于国家标准近50%，属于严重的劣质磷肥。通过进一步调查发现，此批磷肥由长沙古港化工实业有限公司生产，该经营部共购买了15吨，但现场库存只有8吨，其余7吨已流向农民兄弟手中。为了维护农民群众的切身利益，执法人员立即赶赴云田乡政府，向当地党委、政府主要领导通报了这一情况，并建议迅速组织蒙受欺骗已购买了这批劣质化肥的农民退货，以免造成更大损失。目前，此案正在进一步深挖严查。
