· 茶陵县局查处一起锅炉重大安全隐患案件

7月7 日上午1 0时许，茶陵县局特种设备安全监察人员在主管局长的带领下，来到港资企业——茶陵县新东港食品有限公司，对该公司正在运行的锅炉进行安全监察，检查发现：一是该公司对6月9目茶陵县局下达的特种设备安全监察指令书所提出的问题没有在规定期限内进行整改到位。二是水处理设备长期未用，锅炉因长期正压运行，炉门严重烧坏变形。三是该台锅炉安全阀撤下后，用盲板封死，汽压达6公斤左右。我局立即向县政府安监局进行了电话汇报，并联系县国资管理中心负责人现场协同处理，要求该公司立即停炉，对锅炉进行维修，整改验收合格后方能投入使用。同时，我局进行了立案查处，并没收安全阀盲板。 (茶陵县局：张建雄、黎志梅)
