关于对全市安全防护产品质量进行监督检验的通知

市各有关单位,市产商品质量监督检验所: 为了加强和规范安全防护产品的质量监督管理,保障从业人员的人身安全和身体健康,根据国家有关法规,我局决定对全市防护产品质量进行监督检验,现就有关事项通知如下: 一. 从2006年元月开始,我局对全市生产经营单位的安全防护用品实行监督检验; 二. 生产经营单位为从业人员提供的安全防护用品必须符合国家标准或者行业标准的要求;安全防护用品应标明产品名称,规格,质量等级,原料成分,执行标准代号,生产单位名称,地址等内容; 三. 对生产经营单位为从业人员提供的安全防护用品,经监督检验不符合国家标准或未经检验的,我局将按有关法律法规予以行政处罚,造成严重后果的,依法追究刑事责任; 四. 我局授权株洲市商品质量监督检验所负责对全市安全防护用品实施监督检验,各生产经营单位应积极配合,按要求向株洲市产商品质量监督检验所报送本单位安全防护用品的相关材料; 五. 株洲市产商品质量监督检验所应按照监督计划对各生产经营单位的安全防护用品实行监督检验,检验结果应及时通报相关部门. 株洲市质量技术监督局二00六年二月十六日主题词:安全防护产品监督检验通知抄送:市政府办.市优化办.省局监督处,市安监局. 株洲市质量技术监督局办公室 2006年2月16日印发
