一、申请受理省质监局锅特处负责申请爱理。申请人需提交如下申办资料： (1)资格考核申请表； (2)申办人资质证明材料。二、培训及时通知符合条件的申请人参加学习培训。三、考核 (1)省质监局锅特处组织考试。考核方法：分为专业理论考核和实际技能考核； (2)考核合格标准：专业理论考核和实际技能考核，两项都合格者才可认为合格。四、审批对培训考核结果进行最终审定。审定合格的，由省质监局签署审定意见，转交管理人员；审定不合格的，则签出不合格理由，退回受理人员，时限为2个工作日。五、批准发文、发证根据审批情况，受理部门制发行许可文书，及时发证。
