一、申请受理 (一)申请人需要提交的资料 (1)由国家质检总局签发的进口锅炉压力容器产品安全质量许可证书； (2)进出口锅炉压力容器设计技术资料及有关计算书(中文或英文)。 (二)查验受理查验申办资料，对符合要求的，予以受理；对不符合要求的不予爱理，并说明理由；需补充有关资料的，应一次性告知申请人。二、进口合同审定 (一)审定内容 (1)进口锅炉压力容器设计、制造、安装、检验的规范或标准符合要求； (2)进口锅炉压力容器的安全与技术条款满足我国对锅炉压力容器安全质量的基本要求。 (二)工作要求 (1)签发的审定意见正确、有效； (2)留存归档的资料齐全、规范。 (三)审定结果处理按照审定内容进行审查，对符合审批要求的，同意申请人签订进口合同，参加合同签订，并在合同副本上签署意见。检验单位根据核准后的合同及有关规定、标准进行安全性能监督检验。对不符合审批要求的，退回申办资料，并说明理由。 (四)时限为15天。三、安全性能报告审定省质监局锅特处在对进口合同审定的基础上，对进口合同规定安全条款也要进行审定，提出审定意见，时限为30天。
