一、申请受理 (一)申请人需提吏的资料(共3套) (1)湖南省锅炉化学清洗许可证申请书； (2)营业执照； (3)从事锅炉化学清洗技术人员，化学清洗操作人员，清洗设备及检测仪器一览表； (4)申请人所在地市级锅炉压力容器安全监察机构意见书。 (二)查验受理对符合受理标准的，予以受理：若申请人属首次申办证件的，还应下达准允试清洗通知书。时不符合受理标准的，将申办资料退回并说明理由；需补充有关材料的，应当面告知申请人， (三)时限 1个半月。二、审查 (一)审查内容 (1)具有法人资格并有健全的组织机构； (2)有与申请级别相适应的专业技术人员； (3)有与申请级别相适应的Ⅲ类水处理人员； (4)有与申请级别相适应的清洗设备和分析手段； (5)具有完善的管理制度，并制订安全操作规程； (6)锅炉清洗质量符合《化学清洗规则》的要求； (7)锅炉清洗技术资料齐全、规范、有效。 (二)审查责任人为评审机构的负责人 (三)时限 9个月内中请人及评审机构完成试清洗、审查工作。三、批准对审查意见审定后签批。同意核准的签署意见，交锅炉处办理手续；不同意核准的，提出理由，退回锅特处，时限为15个工作日。四、发证受理部门应及时、准确告知申请人申办结果，发出缴款通知书，查验收费凭证后，发放证书，时限为1个月。
