企业计量合格确认工作程序

企业“计量合格确认”工作是在企业有自身需要的基础上，采取由政府部门给予指导、帮助和评价的方式进行。它旨在帮助中小企业达到实施科学管理、保证质量、节能降耗、提高效益所应具备的计量检测保证能力的基本要求。这项工作是参照(GB/T19022(ISO10012—2002)的要求进行的，确认依据是《中小企业计量检测保证规范》，包括计量管理、计量单位、计量器具配备、计量检测、量值溯源、计量检定 (校准)、不合格计量器具的控制、计量记录和档案管理、环境条件、审核与评审10个方面。一、确认的申请 “企业计量合格确认”工作由省质量技术监督局审批、发证，由各市、州质量技术监督局受理申请并具体实施本地区企业的确认工作。二、工作程序提交材料→审核一审批、发证(1个工作日) 三、提交的材料 (1)企业计量合格确认申请表；（请在右边“表格下载”中下载） (2)企业计量管理文件或制度；四、咨询企业可向各市、州计量协会申请咨询服务。具体内容和方式由企业和协会商定。五、审核各市、州质量技术监督局组织具有“计量合格确认评审员证”的人员具体承担企业计量管理文件(或制度)的审核和现场评审。六、审批、发证省质监局对各市、州质监局上报的企业“企业计量合格确认报告”、“企业计量检测能力一览表”、“企业计量合格确认总结”的完整性、正确性进行审查，符合要求的，颁发“企业计量合格确认证书。
