购买手机13种要慎选

消费者选购手机时，有这下列问题的手机要慎选。
包装盒内没有中文使用说明书的手机；包装盒内没有“三包”凭证的、不能执行国家有关手机“三包”规定的手机；对国家规定的手机附件与赠品不实行“三包”规定的手机；在保修条款中规定“最终解释权”、商品使用功能发生变化时“恕不另行通知”的手机；没有售后维护的手机；实物样品与使用说明书、宣传材料不一致的手机；与其包装上注明采用的标准不符的手机；拨“*#06#”后手机显示的串号与包装盒上的串号不一致的手机；拨打信息产业部市场整顿办公室电话010-82058767查询“进网许可”与手机上的“进网许可”不一致的手机；非正规手机经销商经销的手机；购买场所与销售发票印章不一致的手机；包装盒内无装箱单或装箱单与实物不一致的手机；价物不实的手机(俗称“水货”)。
此外，还要提醒广大消费者，购买手机后，要注意保管好购物发票、保修凭证、使用说明书及手机包装盒内的主机身号、附件出厂序号或批号、进网标志等标识，这些都是手机“三包”的重要凭证。
