根据《湖南省组织机构代码管理办法》的相关规定，现将2006年度开展组织机构代码证年检工作的有关事项公告如下：一、年检范围：凡在2005年12月31日前领取组织机构代码证的组织机构均应到株洲市质量技术监督局办理代码证年检手续。二、年检时间： 2006年1月1日至2006年6月30日。三、年检应提交的资料：（一）组织机构代码证正、副本和IC卡；（二）提交批准成立机构颁发的登记证书（副本）原件及复印件；（三）单位公章（公章与相应的证件单位名称必须一致）；（四）单位法定代表人（或负责人）和经办人身份证复印件。四、组织机构代码基本数据发生变更的或代码证书有效期四年已届满的。必须在30日内持有关资料到株洲市质量技术监督局办理变更或换证手续。五、凡未在规定期限内办理组织机构代码证年检、变更和换证的组织机构，质量技术监督部门将根据《湖南省组织机构代码管理办法》的相关规定，对其作出相应处罚。株洲市质量技术监督局 2006年1月1日株洲市组织机构代码办公室地址：株洲市荷塘区新华西路育才路5号市技术监督局电话：8111070、8105839
