· 转发关于对加油站在用加油机税控装置和计量性能进行监督检查的通知

各市州国家税务局、质量技术监督局：

现将《国家税务总局  国家质量监督检验检疫总局关于对加油站在用加油机税控装置和计量性能进行监督检查的通知》（国税发[2006]33号）转发给你们，并就有关事项明确如下，请一并贯彻执行。

一、               各级国家税务局、质量技术监督局要高度重视此项工作，成立专项检查联合领导小组。

湖南省加油站在用加油机税控装置和计量性能专项检查联合

领导小组组成如下：

组长：钟油子、徐新楚

副组长：谢毓慧、杨敏

成员：李丽华（省国税局征管处副延长）、余健（省国税局信息中心副主任）、傅扬帆（省国税局流转税副处长）、谭元奎（省国税局稽查局副局长）、刘岗松（省质量技术监督局计量处副处长）、对杰军（省质量技术监督局监督处副处长

二、               各级国家税务局、质量技术监督局要统一安排，密切配合，按各自分工，落实责任，依法进行专项检查。

三、               本次专项检查中对税控加油机计量性能监督检查时间为2006年7月1日至于12月10日，各市州国家税务局、质量技术监督局在专项检查完成后要进行认真总结，并及时报告有关情况。总结报告和加油站检查情况报表（附表1、附表2，含电子文档）于2006年12月25日之前分别上报湖南省国家税务局和湖南省质量技术监督局（附表1由国税局填写，附表2质量技术监督部门填写）。
