各县(市)区国家税务局、质量技术监督局：现将湖南省国家税务局、湖南省质量技术监督局《关于对加油站在用油机税控装置和计量性能进行监督检查的通知》（湘国税发[2006]91号）转发给你们，并就有关事项明确如下，请一并贯彻执行。一、各县(市)国家税务局、县级质量技术监督局要成立专项检查联合领导小组，城市各区国家税务局的检查工作由市局征管科牵头，与市质量技术监督局统一安排进行。株洲市加油站在用加油机税控装置和计量性能专项检查联合领导小组组成如下：组长：黄顺利、周志强副组长：韩勇、贾映翔成员：成刚(市国税局征管科)、汪洋(市国税局信息中心)、童干力(市国税局流转税科)、孙建华(市国税局稽查局)、李廷芳(市质量技术监督局计量科)．、文晓霞(市质量技术监督局监督科) 二、各县(市)国家税务局、质量技术监督局要统一安排,按各自分工，落实责任，密切配合，依法进行专项检查。检查中发现问题及时反馈领导小组。三、株洲市对税控加油机计量性能监督检查时间为2 O O 6年8月1日至11月1 5 日，各县(市)区国家税务局、质量技术监督局在专项检查完成后要进行总结，并报告有关情况。总结报告和检查情况表(含电子文档，表样见国税发[2 O O 6]3 3号文件附表1、附表2)于2 O 06年1 1月3 O日之前分别上报株洲市国家税务局和株洲市质量技术监督局(附表1由国税局填写，附表2由质量技术监督局填写)。四、联系人株洲市国家税务局征收管理科：熊伟，8890712 株洲市质量技术监督局计量科：熊艳萍，8103879 株洲市国家税务局株洲市质量技术监督局二00六年七月九日
