· 关于起重机械作业人员持有效证件上岗作业的通知

市各有关单位：根据<<安全生产法>>第二十三条,国务院《特种设备安全监察条例》第三十条,湘政办发[2004]21号文《湖南省人民政府办公厅关于印发湖南省安全生产监督管理局职能配置内设机构和人员编制规定的通知》及《特种设备作业人员监督管理办法》第二、三、六条的规定,起重机械作业人员应当持有《特种设备作业人员证》上岗。株洲市质量技术监督局将于2006年4月起开始对本辖区的起重机械作业人员进行考核发证及监督管理工作。各企业接此通知后，请认真做好尚未取得由国家质检总局制发的《特种设备作业人员证》的起重机械作业人员的摸底、登记工作，并办理相关持证手续。我局将于2006年6月起依照《特种设备安全监察条例》第七十七条对未取得由国家质量检验检疫总局颁发的《特种设备作业人员证》的在岗人员按无证上岗进行查处》。附:1.起重机械作业人员登记表 2.起重机械作业人员明细表二00六年二月二十三日主题词:起重机械作业人员工持证上岗通知抄送:湖南省质量技术监督局,株洲市政府翟笃培副市长,洪卫副秘书长,市安全生产监督管理局株洲市质量技术监督局办公室 2006年2月23日印发
